I just created a Twitter account. I know, I'm very late but then I never imagined I'd ever start one until now.

Wedding Bells

dress: h&m // shoes: aldo // clutch: h&m
* From a far distance, I wanted to get a glimpse of their old timey car they rented for their wedding day. So cool!

I attended a wedding with my boyfriend last weekend. It was so beautiful to see this couple share their love for each other this day. My boyfriend grew up with these 2 since high school. It was so sweet to see high school sweethearts getting hitched together <3 Love like this is rare to find nowadays. I was very honored to be able to be apart of this special event and to see them exchange vows.

Bow Wow & Chris Brown

Best concert ever!!! Went on a double date with my sister and her boyfriend to the Chris Brown Concert featuring Tyga, Bow Wow (so adorable!) and T-Pain! Felt like I was in a club dancing the entire night. It was such a far drive to the Woodlands (literally an hour from where I live). I didn't get into bed until 1 am which meant I went to work with only 4 1/2 hours of sleep. Was I late for work today? You bet I was, but it was totally worth it :)

I was so admired by Bow Wow and Chris Brown's performance. These 2 guys definitely know how to get the girls going crazy during a concert. Had my boyfriend jealous through the concert! haha totally joking :)

The best concert I've ever been too!

Free Runs 2+

I finally got a hold of these bad boys!! These color in shoes were sold out everywhere online. I searched all footlocker, finishline, zappos, nordstrom websites and stores for weeks and week but these colors were no where to be found. So I tried one last time over the weekend in search for these shoes and ta-da! They had them in my size. I heard so many good things about Nike Free Runs that I just had to get my hands on them.

I actually just got home from testing them out. They're so light like I'm running on air. Hopefully with my new shoes, it'll motivate me more to run everyday after work :)

Bubblegum Pink

Boyfriend took me out on a weekday  *gasp* I usually like to stay home on weekdays to save money but he apparently had this whole night planned out awhile back according to a groupon he purchased (I taught him well) He took me out to Hotel Zaza where they had a restaurant inside called Monarch. I went there a few months back with my cousin for happy hour and I could've remembered the food being pretty decent. Well for dinner this time, I'm afraid I couldn't say the same because our meal was awful and not worth the money. The lambchop lollipops (appetizers) were the best thing ordered off the menu that night.

Anyway, afterwards he surprised me to a piano recital by Yuja Wang. Boyfriend thought it'd be nice to take me out to a recital since playing the piano was a big part of my childhood years. I wish he had told me before I left the house wearing short shorts. I would've dressed more conservative that night. At the end of the recital, I kindly thanked him from the bottom of my heart for his sweet gesture but told him very sweetly not to take me to one again. haha I dozed off many times throughout the recital. I felt very bad but I told him that if we go to another one, I'd have to choose the pianist! haha I had a lovely quiet evening with him nonetheless. Love him very much :)

Get Jiggy Wiggy Wit It

It's been awhile since I've been out to play. Sadly to say.....it kind of of seems like my playful, clubbing days are slowly coming to an end as I can't find anymore energy to do it. Once it hits midnight, I can barely keep my eyes open anymore. I blame work for this. Staying in with the boyfriend and renting movies seems to be the most entertaining thing to do on my weekends now. I love it, especially if I have a tapioca in my hand. :) Anyway, my very good friend Teresa and I went out for her sister in laws 30th birthday. Her theme was Gettin Jiggy Wiggy Wit It and I thought it was the cutest ever. I never would've thought to have a bunch of girls prancing around town wearing wigs would be fun but it was! I might have to steal her idea one year for my birthday.

So as for my wig, I decided to reuse my sister's old Poison Ivy wig she wore last year for Halloween. It was really hard for me to make it look normal on me as I wasn't wearing a Poison Ivy costume. I originally had a feathered headband on to cover the wierd part in the middle of the wig but instead, I opted for a hippie headband ( I purchased in Chicago but never had to chance to wear it yet). The look sort of was inspired by Nicole Richie.

I need a vacation....

I know I've mentioned in one of my previous posts that I didn't want to think of hopping on a plane or taking any vacations for awhile but I've been really thinking about where my next vacation will be. So I went back to my old photos and started reminiscing over one of my many vacations this summer, Cancun, Mexico. It was an all inclusive trip with people I absolutely adore (boyfriend, little sister and her bf). It was our 1st double vacation trip together and we had so much fun on this trip. I love basking in the sun near the water so this was the spot for me to be at during my spring break. Below is a lovey picture of me and boyfriend enjoying the day near the water.

Although I prefer relaxing at the beach on my time away from home, I just love traveling in general. I'd love to travel to as many places as I can before I settle down and start a family. I've been pretty lucky to have been able to travel to all these places with the summers off I have as a teacher. So I've been to many places over the span of 2 years such as San Fran, San Diego, LA, NYC, Orlando, Miami, Vegas, Boston, Cancun, New Orleans, Chicago and other places I traveled to when I was younger (Vietnam, Canada, Colorado, Virginia, Pensacola and the list just goes on...)

So my dreams have always been to travel to Europe, Korea and Thailand. Not all at once of course but just one of those places would be nice. I'm beginning to start a savings in hopes that I'll be able to go to Europe first in the summer. Wish me luck!
